To apply, peel the protective plastic film from each nipple cover and press firmly to ensure good adhesion to the skin. When you're done, hand wash them with warm water, or add a mild soap if desired, and air-dry with the adhesive side up. Once dry, place the protective plastic film back on each one to protect the adhesive.

With proper care, you can wear these nipple covers up to 50 times, and we recommend wearing them for a maximum of 10 hours each time. We use a safe, hypoallergenic adhesive, but if you have sensitive skin, please seek medical advice before using our product.
